Location key to good business Companies seek offices near transit, clients SCMP, Monday, April 22, 2013 - For many business, location is a primary consideration. Location defines the corporate image presented to business partners and clients. It can also make doing business easier if the company is located closer to clients and transport gateways. The Urban Land Institute (ULI), with offices in Washington and London, has had its Asia-Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong since 2007. He says ULI regularly uses all the services offered by TEC, such as secretarial service, a pantry, conference calls, and mailing and couriering service, and the range suits the firm’s needs. It also find the meeting rooms and video-conferencing facilities particularly beneficial, as the company often needs to engage with its members around the region and participate in global discussions. The team enjoys the services offered by TEC. “The service is professional and personalised. The staff are always attentive to detail and they try to help us with our every need”, Sedloff says. Sedloff expects to hire more full-time staff.
